The Law Offices of Edward Lichtenstein, P.C. was established as a personal injury firm in 1959 to provide injured individuals and suffering families with quality representation. Founded as Lipnick, Barsy and Joseph, we grew and gained distinction as members Clarence S. Lipnick and James S. Quinlan went on to become well-respected judges for the Circuit Court of Cook County. The practice continued to grow through personal referrals and thousands of satisfied clients — later becoming Barsy, Joseph and Lichtenstein, and ultimately the Law Offices of Edward Lichtenstein, P.C.
We are committed to providing excellent representation, quick recovery, and justice for injury victims. Active in the Chicagoland legal community, we have a substantial commitment to public and community service over and above our work as attorneys representing individual clients. We continually strive to achieve the maximum result within strict professional and ethical standards, and we pride ourselves on the personal connections we make with our clients.
For our clients, we are proud of our open and frequent communications with you, and our continuing availability to answer your questions and provide important advice. Our compassion and ability to identify with the problems faced by our clients as a result of suffering serious injury or the loss of a loved one is what sets us apart. We are tough, aggressive injury victim advocates and we will strive to maximize your recovery.
